The tablet

It had taken one tablet,
that was it to make her melt.
Yet somehow she now felt sick,
the air seemed to go thick.
Her mind was racing,
pulse fast pacing.
Her heart was bumping.
The veins in her body began to empty of blood,
life long memories leave her in a flood.
Why did she take that one pill,
and why did she feel so ill?
Her face was pale now,
yet nobody knew how.
Everything slowed down,
as if she was starting to drown.
The machines went blank,
to the doctor she turned to thank.
It was all too late,
she had met her fate.
It is strange how a tablet with no name,
could bring one dead girl to fame.
